Available Bedspaces For Single housing
For their first two semesters as a BYU student, all single undergraduate students must live
(1) in BYU On-Campus Housing,
(2) in BYU Off-Campus Contracted Housing ,
or (3) with qualifying family members.
This applies to all single BYU undergraduate students, including transfer students, who are matriculated, meaning they have been admitted to a degree-seeking program.

This page shows current bedspace availability. Visit the "On-Campus Housing Application" to select a bedspace and complete an agreement.
For information regarding the contracting process, refer to “Contracting Information.”
For information regarding changing bedspaces, refer to “Changing Bedspaces.”
If a preferred type of bedspace is unavailable, selecting a different bedspace is encouraged. To join the waiting list for a preferred bedspace type, update preferences in the “Housing Application,” and click "Yes" in the waiting list section.
